At DAD INC., we believe strong fathers help forge strong families. Since 2020, our mission has been to equip men with the practical skills, accountability, and support systems needed to become engaged fathers, dependable partners, and leaders within their homes and communities.
What began as a focused effort to support fathers in Southern Nevada has grown into a movement helping men rebuild relationships, strengthen communication, improve emotional resilience, and create stability for the next generation.
Every day, fathers walk through our doors carrying pressure, setbacks, uncertainty, and responsibility. Some are reconnecting with their children. Others are navigating co-parenting, unemployment, court systems, relationship challenges, or personal growth after years of hardship. DAD INC. exists to meet men where they are — and help them move forward with direction and purpose.
Through our Forge Fatherhood Workshops, participants receive more than information. They gain brotherhood, mentorship, practical tools, and a structured environment designed to challenge growth and strengthen character.
