DAD INC. Forge Workshops are designed to help fathers strengthen what matters most—
relationships, parenting, and employment —while building personal and family resilience.

Each workshop runs for 9 weeks, meeting once a week for 3-hours. Sessions are engaging, practical,
and rooted in real-life experiences that help dads lead with confidence at home and in the community.

Fathers, father figures, and expecting dads across Nevada are encouraged to secure their seat today for this no-cost training experience designed to strengthen leadership at home, improve family relationships, and build long-term stability.

This is more than a workshop. It is a 27-hour fatherhood training experience delivered across 9 powerful sessions designed to equip men with practical tools for parenting, communication, employment readiness, financial growth, co-parenting, and personal resilience.

Comparable leadership and personal development programs of this depth often carry a value exceeding $1,500 per participant — yet through community investment and federal support, this training is offered completely free to eligible fathers.
